11 + 4 Studios sells original art prints and related products. At the moment, the store mainly sells prints, but other products such as merchandise may be added in future.

Product colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the final printed product due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and print production.

Prints are produced on 250gsm matte paper, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Orders and Payment

Customers may place orders through the website using the available checkout and payment options.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

For EFT payments, orders will only be processed once payment has reflected.

11 + 4 Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an issue with payment, stock availability, incorrect information, incorrect pricing, or suspected misuse of the store.

Shipping

Shipping is available within South Africa.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on print production, courier delays, public holidays, or customer location.

Returns and Refunds

All artwork, images, characters, designs, writing, branding, and creative material on this website belong to 11 + 4 Studios or the relevant rights holder.

Buying a print or product does not give the customer ownership of the artwork, copyright, character, design, or reproduction rights.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, edited, traced, used for AI training, minted as an NFT, or used commercially without written permission from 11 + 4 Studios.
